What Vytal Band is

Vytal Band is an intelligent lifestyle and health wearable. It reads your body's signals at the wrist — heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), heart-rate variability and respiration — using an optical sensor and a motion sensor working together. The motion sensor matters more than it sounds: it lets the band separate real physiology from movement, so your readings stay trustworthy.

From those raw signals, the band produces the metrics that actually guide decisions: recovery, stress, fatigue, plus a live signal-quality score so you always know how much to trust a reading.

The part we're most excited about

Plenty of devices can show you data. The harder, more valuable problem is interpretation. So Vytal Band pairs your metrics with an AI layer: your data is sent securely to the Vytal backend, which generates clear, plain-language guidance based on what your body is showing. You ask a question; you get a readable answer — not another dashboard.

That combination — trustworthy sensing plus genuine guidance — is the whole point of the product.

Why we're taking our time

A health wearable only earns its place if you can rely on it. That means getting the sensing right, the readings honest, and the guidance genuinely useful before we put it on your wrist. We'd rather launch something we're proud of than rush something we're not.
